TGTransfer is a Windows Telegram client that translates private and group chats in real time (text, image OCR, and voice) and can send bulk email from the same account.
Does TGTransfer work on PC?
Yes. Download the Windows installer from toolstg.com, sign in with your shell account, and enable translation or bulk email in the desktop client.
How does TGTransfer billing work?
Translation uses character credits. Bulk email uses separate email credits (0.01 USDT per successful send). New accounts receive free starter quota for both.
Which languages does TGTransfer support?
The website and client support English, Chinese, Russian and many other languages. You can switch language manually; we do not force a language by IP.

- Buy a translation package and transfer the exact USDT amount (TRC20)
- Optionally create sub-accounts and allocate character quota
- Sign in on the TGTransfer client (main account or sub-account email + password)
- Enable billing, then use Translate / auto-translate in chats
Bulk email
- Register / sign in, then open Bulk email → Recipients
- Add people or types, then bind them on a send template
- Buy email credits if needed (new accounts get 20 free; 0.01 USDT per successful send)
- In the client sidebar, open Bulk email, pick a template, then Send
- Sub-accounts share the main account’s email credits, templates, and recipient lists
